How do I view my order and shipping information?
Placing your order online is quick and simple. After an order is placed you may view your order at any time by going here. Shipping information will be updated and available when you view your order. We will also update you with a tracking number for your shipment once available. Our system begins processing your order the instant the order is placed, and as a result cancellation of an order may not be possible. We will do our best to process these requests when it is possible but in the event it isn't, please see our return policy for other available options.
Why doesn't the color of my product match the picture I see on your website?
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any color will be accurate.
What is your warranty policy?
BIGkitchen warranties all products we sell for a period of 30 days from date of purchase when the product is used as it was designed and for the intended purpose. Many of our products also come with a manufacturer's warranty which are available during this 30 day window and beyond, and are included with your order when applicable.
