This electric skillet by the Gourmet d'Expert line of Zojirushi is very multi-functional with two cooking plates; a deep pan for soup-like foods, and a flat plate for grilling. The deep pan, which is 2-1/2" deep, can be used directly on the stove top burner and can be used with the adjustable steaming plate to help steam foods. The flat plate features a titanium nonstick ceramic coating that makes cleaning easy.
