Easy to clean, this black convection oven has a Durastone II interior as well as an interior light so that you can monitor the cooking process. The large capacity and two tier design will accommodate pizzas, casseroles, or up to six slices of bread, bagels, or English muffins at a time. In addition, the unit's toast-color selector with automatic shut-off allows for choosing from light to dark settings, and its adjustable temperature control makes it easy to cook with the right amount of heat. Complete with a smart cookie function, the unit has eight preprogrammed pizza settings and can be time and temperature preset for fresh or frozen pizza. Able to use convection cooking, which fan-circulates hot air to evenly cook food 30 to 40% faster than standard toaster ovens, this convection oven has a 120-minute timer function with an automatic shut-off and inputs up to 1400 watts.
