| This French-style, solid bamboo rolling pin tapers from the center toward the edges to push dough from the middle. Rotates easily, and contains no gears or moving parts that break. Bamboo is 16% harder than maple wood and absorbs very little moisture so it doesn't shrink or swell like other hardwoods. - Dark colored bamboo
- Do not place in the dishwasher. After use, hand wash in warm water with a mild detergent and pat dry.
