This amazing knife is from the Chroma Type 301 collection. The unique type 301 knife was designed by F.A. Porsche and has many features that you will love including: an ergonomic handle, a metal "pearl" for better cutting control, seamless perfection and hygienic transition from blade to handle. The type 301 blade is also made with a special grinding method so the knife stays sharp longer and is easier to sharpen. - Handle constructed of 18/10 stainless steel
- Blade is made of high-quality Japanese 301 steel
- Hand forged welded using Japanese Techniques
- Wash with warm water and hand dry after every use (see next section for more information)
- Chroma knives should NEVER be put into the dishwasher
- Metal steel should NEVER be used to sharpen Chroma knives as it will damage the edge
- For best results always use a whetstone to sharpen the knives
- It is recommend that Chroma Cutlery be stored in a knife block
- Chroma knives should only be used on wooden or plastic cutting boards, never marble or glass
- Only use the knife to prepare food. Do not use it to cut frozen foods, bones, or as a utility knife
Chroma type 301 knives come with a limited lifetime warranty which includes a guarantee against any defect in its construction or workmanship. If proven to be defective product will be replaced. Excluded from warranty are normal ware and tear and misuse of the product.China |
